Indiana's Academic Standards

In 2000, Indiana established academic standards for Economics.  These standards are designed by unit.  Each unit begins with a "big picture" statement that provides an overview of what should be learned in the unit.  Under each "big picture" statement is a listing of the core standards for that unit.  The core standards are used to drive lesson plans and classroom activities.  Indiana has additional standards (non-core standards) but they are not listed on these pages since they are not included in the state supplied end of course assessment (ECA).
